Full job descriptionConveyancer / Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Hartlepool or Stockton
Reed are thrilled to be working with one of the biggest and oldest full service firms across the North East who are looking to expand their Residential Conveyancing team with a Conveyancer or Qualified \ Solicitor who can work independently in a busy team.
They offer 25 days’ holiday + Bank Holidays + Xmas Closure + Holiday Purchase scheme + extra day after 5 years service as well as recognition awards/prizes, CPD inc CILEX training, Company Sick Pay (after 6 months), Paid Compassionate Leave, Medi-cash, EAP & Wellness, Discounted Legal Services & Pensions Advisor.
The role is to manage all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and unregistered titles, working a volume caseload and working with referrers. They can also offer 1 day from home after probation.
