This Senior Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to deliver prestigious luxury hotel developments and high-end office fit out projects for major international clients across London and the wider UK market.
The successful Senior Project Manager will join a highly regarded consultancy with an exceptional reputation within the commercial fit out and hospitality sectors. This Senior Project Manager role is suited to a confident and client-facing individual capable of managing complex projects from inception through to completion. The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing stakeholder relationships and supporting junior team members across a range of fast-paced luxury hotel and workplace schemes.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.


The Senior Project Manager’s roleThe successful Senior Project Manager will oversee luxury hospitality and commercial fit out projects through all project stages.
Responsibilities include:
*Managing high-end hotel and office fit out projects
*Leading client meetings and stakeholder engagement
*Overseeing project programmes, budgets and reporting
*Coordinating consultants, contractors and design teams
*Managing procurement, risk and change control processes
*Supporting contract administration duties
*Monitoring project delivery to ensure quality and programme targets are achieved
*Mentoring and supporting junior project managers where required


The Senior Project ManagerThe consultancy is seeking a professional and commercially aware Senior Project Manager with:
*Consultancy-side project management experience
*Strong luxury hotel or commercial office fit out experience
*Excellent client-facing and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects
*Strong understanding of contract administration and project controls
*Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
*Chartered or working towards MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM preferred
