Full job descriptionAn internationally recognised construction consultancy based in London is seeking an experienced and self-sufficient Project Manager to join their growing team. The Project Manager’s roleThe successful Project Manager will lead projects through all stages of delivery across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities include:
*Managing project programmes, budgets and reporting
*Coordinating design teams, contractors and stakeholders
*Overseeing procurement and change management processes
*Supporting contract administration duties
*Leading client meetings and project reviews
*Monitoring project risks and delivery milestones
*Delivering projects independently with minimal supervision
*Occasional travel across Europe to support project delivery


The Project ManagerThe consultancy is seeking a capable and commercially aware Project Manager with:
*Consultancy or client-side project management experience
*Experience delivering public sector, healthcare, hotel or commercial projects
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to confidently manage projects independently
*Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar
*Full UK driving licence
*Willingness to travel occasionally for European projects
*APC progression or chartered status with RICS, CIOB or APM preferred
