Location: Leamington Spa
Duration: 8 weeks

Reed’s client is seeking a highly organised and professional Temporary Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a busy and fast-paced environment based in Leamington Spa. This is an initial eight-week assignment with a negotiable salary, offering an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing hotel bookings and complex travel arrangements for senior staff
*Coordinating and organising conference bookings and events
*Providing full diary management, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritisation
*Acting as a key point of contact, liaising confidently with senior members of staff
*Supporting with general administrative duties as required
Key Requirements:
*Previous experience in a PA or EA role supporting senior stakeholders
*Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally
*Confident working with senior leadership and managing sensitive information
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
