Are you a detail-focused GPR specialist with experience interpreting subsurface and structural investigation data, looking to work on complex engineering projects? This could be the opportunity for you!
The RoleAs a Ground Penetrating Radar Data Specialist, you’ll work remotely as part of a technically driven team, transforming complex GPR and structural investigation datasets into clear, actionable engineering outputs. You’ll play a key role in interpreting Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) data alongside other non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques, helping to identify structural features, buried assets, defects, voids, reinforcement layouts, and material behaviour.
You’ll be responsible for producing structured technical reports and supporting documentation that directly inform engineering and infrastructure decisions across a range of projects.
The CompanyOur client is a specialist engineering company focused on advanced structural investigation and subsurface assessment. They are dedicated to delivering meaningful engineering insight that supports critical decision-making across infrastructure and civil engineering projects.
This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in the UK.
What’s Required?The ideal candidate will have:
*Strong experience interpreting and analysing Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) data
*Experience producing clear, structured technical reports and investigative outputs
*Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to data handling and interpretation
*A strong ability to analyse complex datasets and extract meaningful engineering insight
*Experience with NDT, utility mapping, structural investigation, or geophysical survey data would be highly beneficial
*A solid understanding of structural behaviour, construction methods, or civil engineering fundamentals will also set you apart
