My client is currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing technology and consultancy team delivering solutions within the Insurance market. This role will focus on requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and supporting software delivery and implementation projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients, project teams, and developers to ensure solutions are delivered effectively and aligned to business needs.Key Responsibilities*Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
*Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
*Produce user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
*Support software configuration, testing, and implementation activities
*Work closely with development teams during sprint planning and delivery
*Identify process improvement opportunities and support business change initiatives
*Ensure requirements are tracked through the full project lifecycle
*Support clients with operational and enhancement requests
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential*Previous Business Analyst experience within the Insurance sector
*Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
*Experience working across the full SDLC
*Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
*Excellent communication and analytical skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Desirable*London Market or Lloyd’s market experience
*Experience with Jira and Confluence
*Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Power Query, or Visio
*Understanding of Behaviour Driven Development (BDD)
*Experience supporting software implementation projects
