Duties of the Vehicle Damage Assessor:
*Conduct accurate vehicle damage assessments and detailed estimations

*Prepare precise repair estimates ensuring quality control and compliance
*Manage the Vehicle Damage Assessor process for smooth workflow and timely repairs
*Prioritise workloads within a high-volume environment to meet deadlines
*Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism
*Assist in maintaining adherence to health and safety standards
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor within the automotive industry
*Essential: Audatex experience
*ATA qualification or equivalent is highly advantageous
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work efficiently under pressure within a volume dealership environment
*Full driving licence
*Motivated, reliable, and capable of managing high workloads effectively
