Paralegal with 12–18 months’ experience in Private Family Law to join a busy and growing Family Department in Nottingham. This is a full-time, permanent position.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Family Department as a key team member, with responsibilities ranging from proactive client interaction, document production and legal drafting, to administrative and legal secretarial support, as well as legal research.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to build effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues.


Key Responsibilities:
*Draft legal correspondence and documents for review.
*Support the delivery of high-quality client service.
*Manage workload effectively and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
*Use case management systems and Microsoft Office efficiently.
*Maintain professional standards and comply with firm procedures.
*Support the wider Family team across UK offices when required.


Requirements:
*Minimum 12 months’ Family Law experience within a law firm.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Empathetic and professional approach with clients.
*Experience using CMS systems, Microsoft Office, and Court Portals.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
