Office based role in Reading (RG2 0NA) | Ongoing temporary position, 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday | Paying £12.71 per hour
The Role
We’re looking for a detail-focused Compliance Administrator to support our Compliance team. You’ll provide efficient administrative support and deliver excellent service to clients, candidates, and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Communicate with clients, candidates and managers daily
*Coordinate compliance checks (references, right-to-work, vetting)
*Maintain accurate records across internal systems
*Track and update data to meet SLAs and KPIs
*Respond to queries promptly and professionally
*Manage emails and calls clearly and efficiently
*Prioritise workload and solve problems proactively
Skills & Experience
*Administrative experience in a detail-orientated environment
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail and organisation
*Confident using MS Word and Excel
*Experience with data entry and meeting deadlines
*Knowledge of compliance or screening processes (preferred)
