What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Head of Property Management:
*Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property management department

*Leading, supporting, and developing the property management team
*Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors on complex matters
*Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation and procedures
*Managing escalated maintenance issues, renewals and property inspections

*Previous experience in residential property management at senior level essential
*Experience in leading or overseeing a property management team
*Strong organisational and leadership skills
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
*Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance
*Professional, proactive and solution-focused approach
*Full UK driving licence preferred
