Experienced Teaching Assistant Blackpool | Full-Time | Competitive Salary
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role? We are working with a fantastic school in Blackpool that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TA to join their supportive team.

The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
*Work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Provide additional support for children with varying learning needs
*Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
*Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning resources
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
*A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach
*Experience supporting SEN pupils is desirable
