Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Legal Professional to join a growing organisation supporting a varied commercial property portfolio. This role would suit someone with experience in commercial property, particularly landlord & tenant matters, gained either in private practice or an in-house environment.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing practical legal support across a range of commercial leasing and property-related matters.

The Role
This is a broad and varied position focused on supporting commercial leasing activity and wider property matters. You’ll be involved in drafting and reviewing legal documentation, advising on landlord & tenant issues, and helping to ensure processes run smoothly across the life cycle of commercial tenancies.
The role offers excellent exposure to both legal and commercial aspects of property, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operational teams and taking a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
About You
*Experience within commercial property, landlord & tenant, or legal services
*Background in either private practice or an in-house/property environment
*Strong understanding of commercial leases and related documentation
*Able to communicate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders
*Well organised with strong attention to detail
*Commercially aware and collaborative in approach
Ideal Background
This position would suit candidates coming from:
*Commercial property teams in law firms
*In-house legal teams within property or real estate organisations
*Non-qualified with strong experience
