Full job descriptionThe CompanyI’m currently working on a Head of Agency Sales opportunity with one of the UK’s leading multimedia publishers and media owners.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing commercial team focused on driving strategic advertising partnerships across travel clients and agency groups.
The business has an exceptional portfolio spanning print, digital, audio, video and events, with some of the most recognised consumer brands in the UK market.

The JobAs the Head of Agency Sales, your responsibilities will include:
*Build and grow strategic relationships with major media agencies and travel advertisers
*Drive commercial revenue across multimedia advertising solutions including print, digital, audio, video and partnerships
*Deliver creative and insight-led proposals tailored to client objectives
*Lead negotiations and secure long-term commercial partnerships
*Collaborate closely with planning, editorial and commercial teams to deliver market-leading campaigns
*Oversee forecasting, budgeting and revenue performance across the patch
*Mentor and support junior team members, helping drive overall team success
You*Proven experience within media sales, agency sales or commercial partnerships
*Strong track record delivering against revenue targets within a target-driven environment
*Experience selling integrated media solutions across multiple channels
*Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with agency stakeholders
*Commercially driven, proactive and highly collaborative
*Travel category experience is advantageous but not essential
