Jade Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected hotel in the Reigate area for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel housekeeping who is passionate about maintaining high standards and leading a busy housekeeping operation.
The Role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to an exceptional standard while supporting and motivating the housekeeping team on a day-to-day basis.
This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and takes pride in delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations
*Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to a high standard
*Allocate daily tasks and carry out room inspections
*Train, motivate and support housekeeping staff
*Maintain housekeeping stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
*Ensure health & safety procedures are always adhered to
*Liaise effectively with reception and maintenance departments
*Assist with rota planning and shift coordination
*Support with cleaning duties where required
About You
*Previous experience within a hotel housekeeping supervisory position
*Strong hospitality and housekeeping background
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Positive, reliable and flexible approach to work
*Strong communication and leadership skills
*Able to work shifts, weekends and bank holidays

*Live-in accommodation could be available for the right candidate at a cost of £50 per week
