Full job descriptionWalker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well known B2B Marketing agency in London as they are keen to bring on board a talented B2B Senior Account Manager to their team on a full time basis.
Salary: Up to £45k DOE
Location: London (Hybrid)
The Role:
Senior Account Managers here at the agency are objective setters, and strategic thinkers and constantly break the mould of digital marketing on behalf of their customers. They love building lasting relationships with customers, pulling together considered marketing strategies and having an eye for detail that is second to none. This is all grounded in an in-depth understanding of leading-edge b2b digital marketing tactics.
Responsibilities:
*Build and maintain day-to-day customer relationships that keep us abreast of their business objectives, the state of their business and supports customer retention.
*Creation & management of a rolling set of 90-day objectives and 30-day sprints for customers aligned to a customer-facing marketing plan. Reported on monthly in Customer Reporting calls, led by the Account Manager.
*Manage the available scope of your customers to ensure the right things are delivered at the right time, by the right people to hit the objectives you have set.
*Develop market knowledge of your customer and the industries they serve to weave into marketing tactics and help ensure we know how to get in front of the right audience.
*Be the voice of your customers internally, ensuring their brand, proposition, tone of voice and personas are reflected in all the work that our specialist team delivers.
*Draw insights out of customer data, paired with a narrative you have crafted that delivers the learnings gathered from our previous activity, the outcomes our previous activity delivered and how that will influence what we do next.
Experience and skills:
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*3+ years of account management experience
*Excellent communication skills
*An understanding of Digital Marketing principles
*Experience of MarTech such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
*Exposure to a variety of Marketing techniques and projects
*All set against a B2B environment
*Confidence to be customer-facing, ambitious and enthusiastic about learning and growing with one of the fastest growing UK B2B digital marketing agencies.
