What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Manager:
*Leading and supporting day-to-day sales performance within the branch
*Driving new business generation and winning instructions
*Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiating offers
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
*Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
*Ensuring high levels of customer service throughout the sales process
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience within residential estate agency at Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager level
*Strong track record of winning instructions and generating listings
*Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
*Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
*Experience in driving sales performance within a busy branch environment
*Ambitious approach with a focus on results and progression
*Strong local knowledge of Putney and surrounding South West London areas
*Full UK driving licence essential
