Full job descriptionChange Accountancy is delighted to be working with a private sector organisation as they look to appoint a Finance Assistant for 3 months to their team. Our client is a marketing agency which has partner with some of the biggest globally recognised companies. This is a temporary role for 3 months which is paying at competitive hourly rate.

Role Overview
The Finance Assistant will have full ownership of the Accounts Payable Function which includes, processing invoices, payment runs, dealing with queries, staff expenses and company credit card processing while also supporting with month-end and balance sheet reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing invoices
*Preparing payment runs
*Supporting month-end close processes, including:
*Journals
*Prepayments and accruals
*Balance Sheet reconciliations
*Processing company credit cards and staff expenses
*Bank reconciliations
*Assisting in reporting such as Creditor Reports
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with individuals who have worked in a similar Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant who is available with immediately for a 3-month contract. Prior experience using Netsuite would be advantages.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
*Previous experience as an Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
*Experience with finance systems such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, or similar
