Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Working Pattern: Office-Based or Remote
Imperium Financial Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded insolvency practice in South Manchester, who are looking to recruit a Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for either:
*An individual already working within Corporate Insolvency seeking a new challenge, or
*A candidate from a Personal Insolvency background looking to make their first move into the Corporate Insolvency market.
The firm has built an excellent reputation within the market and offers strong career development, ongoing training, and exposure to a varied portfolio of insolvency assignments.
The RoleYou will support senior staff and Insolvency Practitioners on a range of corporate insolvency cases, including:
*Administrations
*Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)
*Compulsory Liquidations
*Members’ Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs)
*Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
Responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with the day-to-day management of insolvency cases
*Preparing statutory documentation and reports
*Liaising with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders
*Conducting investigations and asset realisations
*Maintaining case files and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
*Supporting senior staff with case progression from inception through to closure
The Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate will ideally possess:
*Previous experience within either Corporate or Personal Insolvency
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*The ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
*A professional and proactive approach
*Knowledge of insolvency procedures and legislation would be advantageous
Candidates from a personal insolvency background who are looking to transition into corporate insolvency are strongly encouraged to apply, as full support and training will be provided.
