Full job descriptionInsurance Technician / Broker Support Technician
Fully Remote | Flexible Hours | Full-Time or 3 Days Per Week
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist insurance brokerage within the London market, seeking an experienced Insurance Technician / Broker Support professional to join their team.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in:
* Insurance technician roles
* Broker backup / broking support
* Credit control
* Lloyd’s market administration
* Marine or specialty insurance
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting brokers with day-to-day administration
* Processing policy documentation, endorsements and renewals
* Liaising with underwriters and broker partners
* Monitoring outstanding premiums and assisting with credit control
* Maintaining accurate records and supporting operational processes
Requirements
* Previous insurance brokerage experience
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
