Full job descriptionMaster Technician Vacancy Required in Milton Keynes
Our client, a reputable franchised dealership in Milton Keynes, is seeking a highly skilled Master Technician to join their busy workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to utilise advanced diagnostic skills and contribute to high workshop standards within a modern environment.

*Competitive basic salary of £45,600 plus bonus and overtime opportunities, with an OTE of £53,250+
*45-hour working week, with weekends on a rota basis

Duties of a Master Technician:
*Conduct advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on a range of vehicle makes and models
*Complete mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
*Identify and resolve complex vehicle faults efficiently
*Support and mentor other Technicians within the workshop team
*Ensure all repair work complies with safety regulations and quality standards
*Maintain accurate job records and follow workshop procedures
*Support the workshop manager in maintaining workshop efficiency and standards
Requirements of a Master Technician:
*Qualified Vehicle Technician to Level 3 or equivalent
*Previous experience as a Master Technician within a dealership environment
*Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
*Confident in working on electrical and mechanical systems
*Full UK driving licence
*A team-oriented individual with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
