An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join the highly regarded Real Estate team at a leading international law firm.
This is a fast-paced and highly visible role supporting a busy Commercial Real Estate practice group, working alongside impressive partners and fee earners within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The firm is looking for a proactive and commercially aware Legal PA who enjoys being heavily involved in the team, building strong relationships and acting as a true right-hand support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complex diary and inbox management
* Coordinating meetings, travel and client events
* Preparing and formatting legal documentation
* Liaising directly with clients and internal stakeholders
* Supporting Business Development and marketing initiatives
* Managing billing, expenses and wider team coordination


The successful candidate will have:
* Strong Legal PA experience within a law firm
* Essential: experience supporting a Commercial Real Estate practice group
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and adaptable approach
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
