Job Description:
Full job descriptionTechnical Prep*Prepare outgoing equipment for event productions and hires
*Prep orders in advance, flagging workload, stock, or timing risks early.
*Ensure equipment, accessories, cables, cases, and loose items are present, functional, and packed correctly.
*Use practical equipment knowledge to check compatibility and kit combinations.
Required Skills*Previous experience across both production and dry-hire environments.
*Working knowledge across Audio, AV, and Special Effects equipment.
*Using warehouse scanning, barcoding; experience with Current RMS preferred.
*Confidence challenging inaccurate prep lists
*Manual handling
Desirable Skills *Working knowledge of prepping LED screens.
*Previous informal coaching or training experience within an AV or event-equipment warehouse.
