Description
*Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
*Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce planning needs.
*Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
*Provide expert advice on market trends and recruitment best practices.
*Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
*Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives across all talent acquisition activities.
*Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and inform future strategies.
*Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up for success.
Profile
A successful Senior Talent Partner should have:
*Proven experience in talent acquisition in a Head Office environment
*Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and workforce planning.
*Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
*A track record of promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
*Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
