Our client, a Professional Services firm with an impressive Central London office, is looking for a confident and personable Receptionist to join them on a temporary basis for holiday and short-term cover. Working within a fast-paced corporate environment, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in maintaining a high standard of front-of-house service.
The Role
*Welcoming clients and guests
*Managing a busy switchboard and handling calls professionally
*Coordinating meeting rooms and visitor schedules
*Supporting with office coordination and administration
*Assisting with hospitality and office presentation
*Providing seamless front-of-house support to the wider business
*Ad hoc facilities support
About You
*Previous corporate reception or luxury hospitality experience
*Calm, professional and highly organised
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident working within polished office environments
*Flexible, proactive and immediately available for temporary assignments
