London | 12-month fixed-term contract
A leading law firm is looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join its collaborative HR Operations team. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HR systems experience who enjoys working with data, improving processes and supporting a high-performing professional services environment.
What you’ll be doing
*Supporting day-to-day HR data management and firm-wide reporting
*Helping manage and continuously develop the firm’s HR system
*Designing and building end-to-end workflows to automate and improve HR processes
*Producing complex Excel reports and presenting insights to stakeholders
*Liaising with system vendors to resolve HRIS issues
*Supporting annual pay gap reporting and salary review processes
*Contributing to ongoing improvements across HR operations
About you
*At least 1 year’s experience working with systems, ideally within HR
*Comfortable working with HR information systems and Excel
*Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
*Confident communicator with a professional, team-oriented approach
*Proactive problem-solver with a practical "can-do" mindset
*Genuinely interested in supporting the wider business
