Contract: Long-Term Contract
Rate: £25 per hour (Inside IR35)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Overview:
We are currently looking for an experienced VIP Desktop Support Engineer to join a fast-paced banking / financial services environment in Canary Wharf. This role will involve providing premium deskside and remote IT support to senior executives and key business users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level VIP deskside and remote support
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and desktop-related issues
* Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environment
* Deliver exceptional customer service to senior stakeholders
* Manage incidents and requests within SLA timelines
* Support remote working technologies and end-user devices
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience within Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support
* Previous experience within Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments
* Experience supporting VIP users / senior executives
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer-facing support experience looking for a long-term onsite contract within a premium enterprise environment.
