Working hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: min unpaid break)

Job Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our Specialist Resource Base and become a valued part of our inclusive school community. At The Wellington Academy, relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and we are seeking someone who will support our young people to feel that they truly belong, believe in themselves and grow into independent learners.
Working alongside a dedicated team, you will play a key role in supporting students with communication and interaction needs, helping them to build confidence, develop essential skills and achieve success both within the Resource Base and in the wider school environment. You will bring patience, empathy and a positive outlook, with a shared commitment to ensuring every student is supported to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
