Full job descriptionReed QHSE are working with a leading organisation within the maritime industry who is looking to welcome an experienced QHSE Advisor to the team.


This role entails providing hands-on health and safety support onshore and onboard vessels, with continual improvement of all QHSE requirements, ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies. Key responsibilities:
*Providing hands-on QHSSE support onboard vessels and onshore
*Delivering training, coaching, and safety briefings
*Conducting audits and supporting compliance activities
*Investigating incidents and driving corrective actions
*Monitoring safety data and promoting continuous improvement
*Championing a strong safety culture and ensuring PPE compliance
We are looking to speak with candidates who have solid QHSE experience within the maritime / shipping industry, paired with a NEBOSH General, and strong incident investigation experience.
