Full job descriptionWholesale Sales Manager - Clothing & AccessoriesLuxury Heritage Brand | UK | £65,000 + 10% Bonus
A rare opportunity to join one of Britain’s most iconic luxury heritage brands as Wholesale Sales Manager, leading and growing the clothing and accessories wholesale business globally.
This is a predominantly account management role - around 70% of your focus will be on nurturing and developing existing wholesale partnerships with premium and luxury retailers, with the remaining 30% oriented toward identifying and securing new accounts that genuinely fit the brand.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing and developing existing global wholesale accounts, with a focus on deepening relationships, improving sell-through, and delivering exceptional client service
*Identifying and converting new wholesale opportunities aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning
*Leading market week appointments, trunk shows, pop-ups, and in-store activations
*Negotiating trade terms and managing pipelines from outreach through to close
*Overseeing one wholesale admin support resource
*Reporting regularly to the Sales Director on performance and commercial initiatives
*Travelling domestically and internationally as required
What we’re looking for:
*5+ years in wholesale sales within premium or luxury fashion, with an established network of relevant wholesale contacts
*Strong commercial instincts - you understand sales targets, KPIs, and margin dynamics
*A relationship-first mindset with the ability to service accounts at the highest level
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Full clean UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
*Fluent English; MS Office proficiency
The package: £65,000 base salary, 10% performance bonus, expenses covered for travel. London-based candidates preferred, though flexibility on location considered for the right person.
