As a Lifeguard in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, you’ll help create a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll uphold the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest care.
What you’ll be doing
*Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and respond promptly to emergencies
*Provide a friendly, professional service and assist guests with their needs
*Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal health and safety requirements
*Work effectively in hot and humid conditions (our Subtropical Swimming Paradise is heated to 29.5°C year-round)
To be a lifeguard, you must be a strong swimmer and pass a swim test during the interview, which includes diving into deep water, timed swimming on front and back and exiting the pool without assistance.

Your working hours
*Part-time
*You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 48-128 over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
*This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
*RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification
*Able to swim 50 metres within 55 seconds and completed 20-hours of continued professional development
*Communicate effectively with people and stay calm under pressure
*Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
Note: You’ll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we’ll help with that).
