Our client, a highly regarded independent estate agency in Norfolk, is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their growing and successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established lettings department, lead from the front, and play a key role in driving continued business growth.
The successful candidate will be a motivated and commercially minded lettings professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the performance of their team.
As a Lettings Manager, you’ll be offered:
*Competitive basic salary (depending on experience)
*Realistic OTE £38,000+
*Uncapped commission potential
*Hybrid working with a 60/40 split

*Monday – Friday working hours with an early finish on a Friday
As a Lettings Manager your duties will be:
*Drive growth within the lettings business through proactive business development and landlord acquisition
*Generate and convert landlord leads, carry out rental valuations, and grow the managed portfolio
*Increase revenue by identifying and maximising new business opportunities
*Lead and support the lettings team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service
*Build strong relationships with landlords, developers, investors, and local businesses to expand market presence
*Manage portfolio growth while maintaining high professional and service standards
*Work towards and exceed performance targets, KPIs, and business objectives
To be considered for the Lettings Manager role, you must have:
*A proven background as a Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Lettings Manager
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
*A solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation
*The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
*Professional telephone manner
*Strong IT skills and attention to detail
