The Role
*Take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a fast-paced warehouse operation, ensuring service, safety and efficiency targets are met
*Lead all core activities including goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring smooth and consistent execution
*Manage and develop a high-performing team, building a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
*Drive operational improvements through data, process discipline, and systems optimisation, including WMS enhancements
*Work closely with senior stakeholders to align warehouse output with transport plans and wider business priorities

The Person:
*Proven experience leading warehouse operations within FMCG or fast-moving distribution environments
*A strong, visible leader who can motivate teams and build a positive, high-performance culture
*Commercially aware, with the ability to balance service, cost control, and operational efficiency
*Analytical and solutions-focused, with a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
*Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders across the business
