*Develop detailed documentation, including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
*Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment between teams and stakeholders.
*Support testing phases by validating that solutions meet documented requirements.
*Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation.
*Ensure compliance with company and industry standards throughout all project phases.
Profile
A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:
