Previous experience within the property or construction sector would be highly advantageous, particularly for candidates who understand the industry, local market, and client relationship management within these environments.
Key Responsibilities:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Handling enquiries and identifying sales opportunities
*Managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion
*Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
*Achieving individual and team sales targets
*Keeping customer records and systems updated
*Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service
Experience and Skills Requirements
*Previous experience in customer service or sales
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Competent IT skills with the ability to use various sales tools and platforms
*General local knowledge of the area would be advantageous
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
*Well-presented with a professional, positive, and engaging attitude
*A driven, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual with a genuine desire to succeed
*Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
*A positive approach and willingness to learn and develop
