Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re looking for a driven Junior Recruitment Business Partner to support delivery across our public sector clients, primarily in London.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you’ll manage multiple vacancies end-to-end, build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, and drive candidate pipelines to meet hiring demand.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across allocated public sector accounts
Build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers through regular engagement
Drive candidate flow, working closely with sourcing teams to fill roles quickly
Manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Support account growth by identifying recruitment opportunities
Maintain accurate reporting, compliance, and system updates
About You
Background in recruitment, resourcing, or sales
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Highly organised and able to handle multiple demands under pressure
Commercially aware and target-driven
Willing to travel to client sites across the UK (mainly London)
