Based in a brand new Birmingham office 4 days per week, this role will focus on delivering impactful solutions to meet business needs effectively.

*Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements within the technology department.

*Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven projects on time and within scope.
*Act as a key liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment.
*Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
*Develop and maintain documentation, including business cases, user stories, and process maps.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
*Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the team.
Profile
A successful Principal Business Analyst should have:
