ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be recruiting Food Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Lodge Farm, Northampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, friendly team producing high-quality bacon products from preparation through to packaging.
You’ll be working across a variety of departments including:
- Racking
- Boxing
- Raw preparation
- Slicing
- Rolling
- Hygiene
What You’ll Be Doing:*Preparing and handling raw pork products
*Operating production machinery used in curing, smoking, and cooking
*Ensuring products meet strict quality and food safety standards
*Packaging and labelling products ready for distribution
*Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
What We’re Looking For:*Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
*Strong attention to detail
*Good teamwork and communication skills
