Full job descriptionInterim Financial Controller

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Financial Controller to join our clients growing organisation, partnering closely with the CFO and leadership team to deliver high-quality financial insight and control across the group.
In this key role, you’ll take ownership of the month-end close, financial control framework, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness across all finance operations. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making through robust analysis, forecasts and performance insights.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading the month-end process and producing management accounts and reporting packs
*Overseeing cashflow forecasting, working capital and banking activities
*Managing audit, tax, and compliance obligations across multiple entities
*Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis and FP&A support
*Driving continuous improvement in systems, controls and processes
We’re seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical expertise, experience in a multi-entity environment, and the confidence to influence at senior level. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver, a strong communicator, and a leader who sets high standards and develops others.
