We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Sports Coach to join a vibrant school environment in Redhill. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sports and a commitment to developing student athletes across a variety of sports disciplines.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan and deliver engaging sports sessions across multiple disciplines, tailored to the abilities of different age groups.
*Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation in physical activities.
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence.
*Ensure all activities comply with health and safety standards.
*Collaborate with school staff to organize sports events and competitions.
*Maintain and manage sports equipment and facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Sports Coach or similar role.
*Strong knowledge of sports coaching principles and techniques.
*Excellent communication and motivational skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students of all ages.
*First Aid and CPR certification is preferred.
*Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
