This fully remote role offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to manage your own schedule while focusing on delivering results and maintaining a high level of service.
Working with dedicated sales administration support, you will be responsible for carrying out valuations, winning instructions, progressing sales and building a strong presence across the Luton and surrounding markets.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Valuer:
*Carrying out market appraisals and property valuations
*Winning new property instructions and developing business opportunities
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Managing your own diary and workload effectively
*Developing market knowledge across Luton and surrounding areas
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in property sales and valuations is essential
*Ability to confidently progress sales through to completion
*Knowledge of Luton and surrounding markets is essential
*Ideally living within Luton or the surrounding areas
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
*Strong organisation and time management skills
*Full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential
