We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Administrator to manage returned IT and EPOS equipment, keeping everything tracked, logged and processed correctly to support ongoing projects and field activity.
What you will be doing
* Logging and processing returned equipment from engineers and sites
* Checking returns against paperwork, records and system data
* Recording serial numbers and tracking stock movements
* Coordinating inspection, repair, refurbishment or disposal routes
* Investigating missing or damaged items and flagging issues
* Preparing equipment for testing, redeployment or vendor return
* Keeping records, reports and documentation accurate and up to date
What you will need
* Experience in warehouse administration, stock control or returns processing
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence using systems such as WMS, ERP or asset tracking
* Good organisation and communication skills
* Ability to handle high-volume administration in a fast-paced environment
