We are currently recruiting for a passionate Internal Sales Representative to join our client’s successful and growing team in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of the business, acting as the key link between customers, internal teams, and the field sales function to ensure a seamless and consistent customer journey across all product lines and channels.
What you’ll be doing:In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for:
Creating and managing customer quotations in line with pricing procedures
Providing accurate product information and liaising with technical sales when required
Working closely with the field sales team to generate and fulfil demand opportunities
Gathering and sharing valuable market intelligence on customer and competitor activity
Achieving sales and margin targets for assigned accounts
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer contacts
Supporting product campaigns and proactively following up with customers to secure potential orders
Managing inbound customer queries and delivering an excellent customer experience
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies
Supporting with any additional duties as required by the line manager
What we’re looking for:To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous telesales experience, including upselling, cross-selling, and price/product negotiations
Strong B2B sales experience, including repeat customers and account management
Experience working within a target-driven environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Experience with SAP systems (SAP R3, SAP CRM, SAP CIC) – advantageous but not essential

Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: £26,000
Commission: £3,000 per annum at 100% target achievement, paid quarterly
Earning Potential: Opportunity to double commission if targets are exceeded
Additional Security: First two quarters’ commission guaranteed
