We’re partnering with a well-established, purpose-driven charity based in Central London, seeking a Head of Finance to join the organisation on a interim basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing finance function, work closely with senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
This is a broad and commercially focused leadership role, where you will oversee financial management, reporting and business partnering across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading the finance function and supporting the wider finance team
*Partnering with senior leadership and operational stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
*Overseeing budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
*Producing insightful management reporting and financial analysis
*Supporting organisational planning, governance and financial controls
*Reviewing financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities
*Driving process improvements and supporting organisational objectives
About You
*Proven experience operating at Head of Finance / Senior Finance level within the charity or not-for-profit sector
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability
*Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
*Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
*Available at short notice or immediately available (highly desirable)
