The Role:
*Managing a varied portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
*Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and tax work
*Acting as the main point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
*Supporting and mentoring junior staff members
*Working closely with the Partners on business advisory projects and commercial matters
*Involvement in practice development and strategic growth initiatives

The Candidate:
*ACA / ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
*Previous experience managing a portfolio within an accountancy practice environment
*Strong communication and relationship management skills
