Key Responsibilities:
*Producing detailed and accurate suitability reports across a range of financial planning areas
*Conducting technical research and analysis on pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
*Supporting Financial Advisers in preparing and implementing client recommendations
*Assisting with complex cases and high-net-worth client portfolios
*Liaising with providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient case progression
*Reviewing and analysing financial information to support tailored client solutions
*Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
*Supporting and mentoring junior paraplanners where required
*Keeping up to date with industry regulations, products, and market developments
Experience and Skills Requirements
*Previous experience in a Paraplanner or Senior Paraplanner position
*Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and financial planning
*Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum (working towards Chartered status advantageous)
*Excellent report writing and analytical skills
*Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
*Confident communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
*Ability to manage workloads independently and prioritise effectively
*Competent IT skills and experience using financial planning systems and research tools
*A proactive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude
