The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and successful Conveyancing team in Swindon. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters while delivering an exceptional standard of client care.
This role would suit a proactive, organised, and client-focused individual who enjoys building strong relationships and working as part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
*Providing a high standard of client service at all times
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and third parties
*Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards
*Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment
*Maintaining accurate case management records and documentation
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
*Previous experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
*Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
*Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters when required
*Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
*Professional and client-focused approach
