Location: South West England

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Due to continued growth of the service, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Patient Solutions team as a Clinical Nurse Trainer.
This is a field-based role supporting patients, carers, and healthcare professionals across the South West of England. You’ll deliver clinical education, support competency development, and provide hands-on patient support in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
Please note:
This role requires regular travel across the South West, including occasional overnight stays. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver clinical training and education to healthcare professionals and clinical teams
*Support patients, carers, and families with homecare education and ongoing clinical support
*Develop and maintain evidence-based training materials and documentation
*Monitor clinical competencies and support safe clinical practice
*Complete accurate reporting, documentation, and KPI activity tracking
*Support audits, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
*Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and safeguarding standards
*Escalate clinical concerns and adverse events appropriately
Requirements
Essential
*Current NMC registration
*Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
*Degree-level qualification or equivalent
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
*Confident using digital systems and virtual platforms
Desirable
*Experience in CVAD or Parenteral Nutrition
*Clinical training, coaching, or mentoring experience
*Teaching qualification such as AET or Train the Trainer
*Community or homecare experience
