1to1 Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to manage customer cases from start to finish. You’ll diagnose issues, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure customers receive fair, timely resolutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
*Handle inbound enquiries and route customers to the right team
*Manage complaints, cases, dashboards and weekly reports
*Investigate escalations and assess fair outcomes
*Support warranty queries, repairs, and claim submissions
*Coordinate loan cars, rentals, and recovery logistics
*Manage exchanges, refunds, and finance-related processes
*Complete admin tasks such as ID checks, dispatching vehicle items, and maintaining records
What We’re Looking For
*Strong communication skills
*Confident handling challenging customer situations
*Organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask
*Experience in customer service, case management or automotive (preferred but not essential)
