We are currently recruiting for a Education Support Worker to join a welcoming and values-led school from September 2026. This role is ideal for graduates—particularly those from psychology or related backgrounds—or individuals with experience in childcare or youth work, looking to build a rewarding career in education.

The Role:
*Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

*Encouraging positive behaviour and inclusion
*Helping to create a safe and supportive learning environment
We Are Looking For:
*Graduates or individuals looking to start a career in education
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
*Experience supporting young people (desirable but not essential)
*A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed
Requirements:
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
*EWC registration (or willingness to apply)
