Full job descriptionCommercial Growth Director - Accountancy Practice PartnershipsA specialist London advisory firm is seeking a Commercial Growth Director to lead partnership development and referral strategy across a growing network within the professional services sector.
The business is looking for someone who already understands the dynamics of practice relationships and can build credibility quickly with senior advisers, partners and decision-makers. This is a commercially focused leadership role with significant influence over future growth plans and partnership strategy.
The role is based in London with hybrid flexibility and is expected to offer a package in the region of £110,000 to £130,000 plus bonus and long-term incentives.
The Commercial Growth Director - Practice Partnerships will focus on strengthening existing channels while developing new strategic routes to market across the wider advisory landscape.
The role will involve*Expanding relationships with partner firms and introducer networks
*Driving new business opportunities through strategic partnerships
*Leading commercial discussions with senior stakeholders
*Building scalable frameworks for partner engagement and growth
*Overseeing CRM accuracy, forecasting and pipeline visibility
*Collaborating with operational and leadership teams on growth initiatives
*Supporting recruitment and development within the commercial function
*Identifying opportunities for long-term market expansion
Experience required*Background within accountancy practice, advisory or related professional services
*Strong understanding of partnership-led business development models
*Experience growing intermediary or referral-based revenue streams
*Commercially astute with strong communication and influencing skills
*Capable of implementing structure, reporting and performance metrics
*Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial and growth-focused environments
*Strong relationship management capability at senior level
